                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 
                   ($598.50) AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 ($580.30), 
                   RESTORATION OF WARNER PARK BATHHOUSE, WITH 
                   W.D.B. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, TO INCREASE THE 
                   CONTRACT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE 
                   THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT AND 
                   80/100 DOLLARS ($1,178.80).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and are hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 1 ($598.50) and Change Order No. 2 ($580.30), 
       Restoration of Warner Park Bathhouse, with W.D.B. Construction 
       Company, to increase the contract in the total amount of 
       $1,178.80.
